The value for money at Puma House was excellent, with competitive prices and a cozy, well-decorated room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station and close to the center and supermarkets. The staff, Juan and Hector, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing great recommendations for my W trek.

My stay at Puma House was fantastic! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hostel was spotlessly clean. I loved the convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast being set out the night before was a nice touch for early risers like myself. Despite some thin walls, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet during the designated silence time. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hostel is absolutely mind-blowing! The cozy atmosphere and rustic wooden interior create a jaw-dropping charm. Juan and Nadia, the hosts, are super genuine and helpful. The beds are incredibly comfortable and come with a handy charging station and LED light. The bedding is top-notch, and it's such a treat to come back to a perfectly made bed every day. The location is excellent, with a mini market, fruit shop, and vegan cafe nearby. The hostel also offers quality mountain bikes for rent. Can't recommend this place enough!

This cozy little place to stay is centrally located, with restaurants and bars within walking distance. the owners take great care of the place and even made a pie for breakfast! They offer the best deal for renting equipment and provide helpful information for the O-Trek. It feels like staying with friends, with comfy and warm rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a phenomenal breakfast.
Some guests mentioned that the thin walls and lack of a quiet hours policy led to disturbances during the night.

I had a superb experience staying at this small hostel. the owner was very accommodating and the staff went above and beyond to make sure guests had a comfortable stay. the hostel provided camping equipment, which was convenient for those planning outdoor activities. the sleeping bags were of high quality and kept me warm throughout the night. the hostel offered shuttle tickets, making transportation easy and reliable. the breakfast was delicious and more complete compared to other places I stayed at. I was also impressed to find a hairdryer in the ensuite bathroom, a rare amenity in my travels.
Despite this, the overall experience at the hostel was still enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Puma House in Puerto Natales. The owner, Juan, made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us during our visit. The location was ideal, with easy access to the bus station, rental shops, restaurants, and bars. The room was cozy but adequate for a couple, and the bed and shower were both comfortable. The breakfast setup, where staff prepared it the night before, was convenient and tasty. Additionally, Puma House offered storage for our hiking gear and even lent us a car. We highly recommend this hotel.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a lovely double room at this hostel, which was cosy and comfortable. the location was great, with the supermarket and main shops just a 10-minute walk away. the owner, Juan, was incredibly helpful and provided us with rental gear and recommendations for the Torres Del Paine/ W trek. the kitchen was decent and the hostel was clean and tidy.
The communal space at the front of the building felt a bit odd as it was overlooked by the reception desk.

Super friendly staff, they were always available to help and answer any questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.- The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and various restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.- We appreciated the free tea, coffee, and cereal that were available for our use in the kitchen.- The bathrooms and showers were well-maintained and clean.
The rooms tended to get quite hot during the night, especially if you were staying in one of the upper beds. It made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at times.

Amazing handmade furniture and great facilities including a well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. The beds were comfortable and the rooms warm even in cold weather. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even assisting a first-time camper with packing their bag. The location was convenient, within walking distance of downtown and the bus station.
If I was being picky, the shower pressure could be improved to help clean off all the mud from hiking.
